Revel in Roman history in our Roman Frontier Gallery, Mondays in the summer holidays. Our team will have the Roman Collections Conversation box on hand to give you a closer look at the Roman history of our region. We’ll also have a Roman re-enactor on hand to bring history to life!

Dress up is mainly for the little ones but who knows, you might look fetching in that helmet.

Included with admission, free for annual ticket holders and members. Kids and under-18s go free.

Please note on 24 July, 7 August and 21 August re-enactment will take place 11am-12pm and 1-2pm.
