Patrons

As a Tullie Patron you create impact. Your support helps us to provide great art, culture and heritage in Carlisle and Cumbria, creating opportunities, experiences and learning for all.

We use our buildings and collections to tell stories, explore the world around us and transform lives. Tullie is one of Carlisle and Cumbria’s greatest cultural assets. It is a museum and art gallery which bridges the global and the local, that is renowned for the quality of its collections, exhibitions and engagement programme.

Your support helps us to care for the collections which are the catalyst underpinning all of this activity. Together we can create a museum fit for the 21st century, a museum that unleashes creativity, is curatorially informed and audience focused.
Our Patrons understand the immense value of learning about and engaging with collections. They understand the need to record and preserve stories from the past, to share the present and to shape the future. Our Patrons appreciate and explore world culture, history, science and the arts through local, national and international perspectives.

You, as a Tullie Patron, will understand and value culture and the role it can play in changing people’s lives, and want to play a part in making this happen.
