She’ll explore how bereavement reshaped her identity as a new mother, the unspoken emotional layers of postpartum life, and the ways in which grief and growth intertwined. This is a story about holding both joy and sorrow, learning to mother while mourning, and discovering quiet strength in the most tender of transitions. Through honesty, reflection, and gentle insight, she’ll offer space for others walking the path of complex, layered grief — especially when life keeps moving forward.
